DETAILS

Collision & Control is a collision-focused training environment within the GTS REPS program, built on consistent, coached reps to develop confidence, control, and clarity in contact. Seniors attend one weekly session on Mondays, designed to complement school or club rugby without adding unnecessary load.

Sessions focus on collision pictures and decision-making, with an emphasis on strength, control, and efficiency through contact. This includes tracking and footwork into contact, tackle technique and safe body position, leg drive and hip power, effective ball carry, and post-tackle and breakdown decisions under pressure.
