GTS is an independent rugby development environment focused on helping junior and senior players become more confident and capable in the collision and defensive moments of the game.
We spend time on the basics and do them properly. That means getting into the detail around what happens before contact, through contact, and after contact. We work on things like tracking and footwork, creating and closing space, tackle technique, hip power and leg drive, reading pictures, staying strong through the core, handling repeated efforts, and building real contact confidence. It’s not rushed — it’s built through purposeful reps under pressure.
GTS provides a structured but supportive environment for players and the parents who back them. We understand that every family’s schedule, rugby background, and experience is different. Whether a player is laying solid foundations or looking to sharpen what they already have, GTS is there to support long-term development in the moments of the game that matter most.
