DETAILS

Collision & Control is a contact-focused environment within the GTS REPS program, built on consistent, coached reps to develop confidence and control in collision. Players can attend one or two sessions per week alongside school or club rugby.

Sessions cover tracking and footwork, tackle technique and safe body position, leg drive and hip power, ball carry and presentation, and breakdown decision-making.

Designed to complement school and club rugby, it provides an extra environment to improve contact effectiveness without unnecessary load. Session calendars are released monthly, a few weeks in advance.

If you choose to purchase a session pack, you’ll receive an email with a link to book. Each booking confirmation will show the session was used from your pack.

Location
